Le but \u00e9tant de se balader dans la ville en commen\u00e7ant par le Quincy Market. Et le dessert??? Pour \u00e7a nous sommes all\u00e9s dans le quartier de North End, un des plus anciens quartier de Boston qui est aussi traditionnellement le quartier irlandais, puis le quartier italien \u00e0 partir du XIXe si\u00e8cle. Mike&rsquo;s Pastry vend apparemment les meilleurs cannoli de Boston. A ce moment-l\u00e0 le pays ne ressemblait pas \u00e0 celui qu&rsquo;on connait aujourd&rsquo;hui: la France poss\u00e9dait la Louisiane et une partie des grandes plaines jusqu&rsquo;au Canada, mais ces territoires n&rsquo;\u00e9taient quasiment pas colonis\u00e9s, le Mexique poss\u00e9dait une partie du Sud des \u00c9tats-Unis actuels et de la Californie, et une bonne partie du territoire \u00e9tait occup\u00e9 par les am\u00e9rindiens qui n&rsquo;avaient pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement chass\u00e9s de leurs terres.
