Traditionnellement thanksgiving se fait en famille, mais aussi la tradition est de ne laisser personne tout seul. Du coup pour les gens qui ne rentrent pas dans leur famille ou pour les \u00e9tudiants internationaux, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion de se retrouver pour un repas bien copieux! Au menu cette ann\u00e9e: poulet, casseroles de potiron et de haricots verts, kebabs, riz persan, salade de pommes de terre, potirons \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me, ananas au four, tarte aux pommes, choux \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re au chocolat&#8230; M\u00eame en \u00e9tant huit le soir m\u00eame, on a eu des restes pour trois jours!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanksgiving se fait le 4e jeudi de novembre, cette ann\u00e9e \u00e7a tombait le 28 novembre, suivi le lendemain du black Friday et le lundi suivant du cyber Monday. Le lendemain de thanksgiving est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le d\u00e9but de la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl, \u00e7a tombe bien il y a les r\u00e9ductions du black Friday pour commencer \u00e0 acheter les cadeaux. En gros, thanksgiving sonne le d\u00e9but de la p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 on mange beaucoup et on consomme beaucoup&#8230; the american dream?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette ann\u00e9e le week-end de thanksgiving correspond \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de la neige, et pas dans la demi-mesure: entre le dimanche soir (1er d\u00e9cembre) et le mardi matin environ 40-50 cm se sont accumul\u00e9s vers Worcester et environ deux fois plus vers Troy, New York, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s Ulysse et La\u00ebtitia!
